Oblix at The Shard is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our front‑of‑house leadership team. You will nurture a warm, memorable guest experience and drive service standards across Oblix West and Oblix East, ensuring smooth service in a fast‑paced, high‑end setting.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in a senior FOH role, strong team leadership, attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure while delivering consistent guest satisfaction.

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high‑end, fast‑paced restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team.
• Eager to learn and develop yourself and your team.

Located on the 32nd floor of The Shard, Oblix is a sophisticated, contemporary restaurant, split across two different spaces offering views across central London from East to West.

Oblix West is a refined, urban dining space with open fire dining and a modern menu, where the cuisine matches the view

Oblix East

Oblix East offers diners an eclectic mix of innovative dishes along with award-winning cocktails and afternoon tea.
