C&N Recruitment are excited to be working with a modern British restaurant based in Harpenden. The restaurant is currently looking for an exceptional assistant restaurant manager/ supervisor. The restaurant serves modern British food, a seasonal set menu, it also has a couple of rooms for guests.

The role:

Responsibilities

• Hire and retain front of house staff.
• Build team rotas and manage daily service.
• Lead by example and develop the front of house team.
• Maintain stock levels and orders.
• Manage budgets and monitor gross profits.
• Ensure all company rules and regulations are followed.
• Proactively seek out improvements.
• Create an amazing guest experience.
