Bents is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the Front of House team and partner with the Dining Leadership to ensure smooth operations across multiple locations.

The role focuses on coaching, developing and motivating staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining health and safety standards in a busy retail hospitality setting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a large team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to work in a very fast-paced, pressurised environment to drive sales and deliver exceptional service.

Your role as Assistant Restaurant Manager:

As our Assistant Restaurant Manager at Bents, you’ll be the heart of our Front of House team, working closely with the Diningleadership teamto ensure everything runs like clockwork. Your role will be all about coaching, developing, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service to our customers, while overseeing daily operations across multiple dining locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and mentor the team (team size 100+), working alongside the Dining Management team.
• Oversee the daily operations across the 7 dining locations, seating over 1000 customers.
• Ensure customers receive outstanding service that exceeds expectations.
• Monitor and maintain health and safety standards.
• Work efficiently and make things happen in a fast-paced environment.
