Job summary

KFC Sheffield – West Street is seeking a proactive supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, drive performance, and ensure a welcoming guest experience. You’ll be part of a team that values authenticity and delivers our iconic chicken with energy and care.

You will train and coach your team, manage rosters and stock, and own KPIs to help the restaurant hit targets while maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant environment.

About the role

Support the team, take charge of the day-to-day, and help hit those performance goals while ensuring your team doesn’t just meet expectations, but crushes them.
