We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Assistant Restaurant General Manager to join the pre-opening team of what’s set to become one of Hoxton’s most talked-about culinary destinations in 2025.

Located on the 25th floor of the stunning art’otel London Hoxton, this Michelin Star Chef-led restaurant features a 70-cover dining space and a 110-cover cocktail bar, offering breathtaking 360° panoramic views of London’s skyline.

The menu celebrates the vibrant flavours of Southern French and Mediterranean cuisine — sunshine food for the soul.

As our Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you will receive:

We are looking for our Assistant Restaurant General Manager, who:

  • Supports the Restaurant General Manager in all aspects of daily operations, from overseeing team members and customer service to managing budgets and ensuring profitability
  • Assists in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to maintain consistency and high standards.
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Assists in recruitment, training, and managing restaurant team members, ensuring they meet performance and customer service standards
  • Assists in developing and managing the restaurant’s budget, focusing on cost control and revenue generation
  • Assists in implementing strategies to drive sales and improve overall financial performance
  • Addresses and resolves customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • Displays a background in Fine Dining Restaurant set-up as an Assistant General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager
