A luxury hotel near London is seeking an Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager to oversee food and beverage service for guests. Responsibilities include training staff, ensuring service quality, and managing reservations. Working in our RGs Fine Dining Restaurant & Elements Bar the Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager will have responsibility for the service of food and beverage to residents, spa guests and local. Service for guests covers breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days per week so candidates must be available for flexible shift patterns working 40 hrs per week across 5 days including weekends.
