Alabaré - Assistant Recovery Navigator (Mental Health Service covering Wiltshire)

As an Assistant Recovery Navigator, you will be gaining practical experience in providing direct, person-centres support to individuals in Wiltshire experiencing moderate to serious mental health needs. Your key focus will be on developing the skills to empower individuals to connect with their communities, build their resilience, and achieve improved wellbeing through supported support and learning about effective navigation of available resources.

• Hours - Full time (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00 on a rota.
• Hourly rate - £12.70 rising to £12.88 after probation.
• Annual salary - £24,765.00 rising to £25,116.00 after probation.
