Job summary

Malmaison in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant Reception Manager to lead the front desk team and deliver celebrity-style service. You will set the tone for guest visits, manage check-ins, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk team to deliver high standard guest service.
• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out and resolve guest issues.
• Support development and progression within the hotel leadership team.
