Qualifications

• Ability to assess and value minor changes/variations in compliance with contract terms.
• Basic understanding of risk in construction process.
• Experience of managing subcontractors and processing payments.

Responsibilities

• Assist preparation of contract payment applications and cash collection.
• Support senior staff in monitoring subcontractor performance.
• Participate in settlement of main contract final accounts.

Skills

Ability to read a construction programme

Understanding of H&S issues

Effective communication

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Experience on live projects

Organisational skills

Education

Working towards professional accreditation e.g. RICS, CIOB

Relevant CSCS card

Tools
