• Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Experience working within a residential contractor environment (preferred).
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost management on residential construction projects.
• Support the preparation of budgets, cost plans, and forecasts.
• Help manage subcontractor accounts, valuations, and payments.
