Bimplus, a residential developer in Northamptonshire, is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support two live developments. You will work under a Managing QS, handling monthly payments, cost reporting, procurement, and cashflow management, with training across estimating and design-stage cost management.

A proactive candidate from residential contracting is preferred. Role offers clear progression, collaborative team, and exposure to live projects in a close-knit regional business

Qualifications

• Experience in residential development or contracting.
• Familiar with CVRs, forecasting and variations.
• Procurement and payments experience with subcontractors.
