You will be involved in managing projects ranging from £2k to £2.5m, handling estimates, liaising with delivery teams, and negotiating final accounts. Qualifications

• Essential to have HND / HNC or be working towards it.
• Experience in contracting environment preferred, especially in rail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates using a schedule of rates.
• Liaise with delivery team regarding works executed.
• Negotiate and agree final accounts with Client.
• Assist with tenders and compliance with safety policy.
