An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK’s leading residential developers on a large traditional build housing scheme in Oxford, comprising 550 units. This is an excellent role for an ambitious individual looking to develop their career within a housebuilder, gaining hands‑on experience on a high-value project.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the commercial team in the procurement, measurement, and valuation of works.
• Assist in cost control, budgeting, and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
