The ideal candidate will work closely with estimating teams, compile necessary documentation, and manage the project alongside a Senior QS. We are recruiting for an established Tier 1 construction business on a new Prison scheme near Newton Abbot. The project is a long‑term redevelopment of an existing prison facility with both new build and refurbishment works, complex M&E packages and groundworks and civil engineering works.

Candidates may be admitted part way through university studies and be supported with continued funding of courses.
