Whether you\'re an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor or recently stepping into the role, you\'ll gain hands-on exposure to all stages of the commercial process – from subcontractor procurement to cost control and cashflow forecasting.

What you’ll be doing as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Supporting the Commercial and Procurement teams with subcontractor packages and contract documentation.
• Assisting in the preparation and coordination of procurement documentation and processes.
• Contributing to pricing, cost management, and margin control in line with project targets.
• Helping monitor and manage cashflows to ensure smooth financial performance of the project.
• Collaborating with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and wider team to ensure commercial objectives are met.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a similar role within the construction industry, preferably on medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and payment compliance processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and commercial management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills – essential qualities for a successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
