• 2-4 years’ experience in a commercial, fit-out, or refurbishment environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, tenders, and budgets.
• Support procurement and subcontractor management.
• Measure and value work done on site.
• Prepare interim applications for payment and final accounts.
• Ensure accurate project cost reporting and forecasting.
• Work closely with the Project and Site teams to ensure commercial success.
