Qualifications

• Some experience within a Quantity Surveying or commercial environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good understanding of construction processes and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Assist with measuring and pricing works from drawings and specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities and interim valuations.
• Monitor project costs against budgets and identify cost variances.
