Quantity Surveyor - Disabled Adaptations / Wet Rooms / Extensions

Based in Sandwell & Surrounding Areas

Permanent Role | Salary up to £55,000 (DOE)

We are representing a well-established construction contractor who is seeking a driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor through to Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of projects from inception through to completion. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure financial efficiency, compliance, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets, and valuations
  • Conducting site visits and liaising with project teams and clients
  • Managing contracts, subcontracts, and procurement
  • Monitoring project progress against financial forecasts
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and client specifications
Requirements
  • Previous experience within disabled adaptations, wet rooms, or extensions
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying (preferred but not essential)
