Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Pre‑Con) – London Bridge & WFH

Working for the Pre‑development team on some of London’s most exciting, flagship, mixed‑use / Residential RC frame schemes

Based in Central London
Working across flagship RC frame projects
CostX experience essential (consultancy, developer, or main contractor background)
Direct involvement in early‑stage cost planning and design development
Supporting feasibility and viability assessments
Assisting in preparation of cost plans, BOQs, and reports
Contributing to value engineering and design optimisation
Reviewing alternative construction methods and identifying efficiencies
Engaging with supply chain during planning and procurement phases
Liaising closely with design, planning, and commercial teams
Participating in Design Team Meetings (RIBA Stages 1–3)
Maintaining and developing benchmark databases
Producing commercial dashboards and cost analyses
Collaborating with BIM consultants for accurate BoQs
Exposure to premium, high‑profile developments across London
