Qualifications

• Experience in the Social Housing sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of cost control, budgeting, and value analysis.
• Produce Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), valuations, and final accounts.
• Oversee client invoicing and collaborate with financial teams.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentations.
• Prepare interim applications for payment in line with budgets.

Skills

Full, current UK driving licence
