Qualifications

• Few years of experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, ideally progressing to standalone QS.
• Experience in utilities, civil engineering, or mechanical engineering with a focus on the water industry.

Responsibilities

• Generate weekly revenue and cost reports.
• Control submissions of daily completed jobs.
• Produce 'Schedule of Rates'.
• Reconcile subcontractor costs and prepare payment certificates.
• Liaise with Operations and Planning to monitor job progress.

Skills

Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Knowledge of NEC contract schemes
