Our client, a leader in the civil engineering sector, is currently seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor on a contract basis to join their team working on high-volume, lower-value projects at Manchester Airport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the delivery of high-volume, lower-value works typically up to £3-4m
  • Administering NEC contracts from start to finish
  • Drafting, managing, and running tenders
  • Managing contract processes end-to-end
  • Working within a complex stakeholder environment
  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Liaising with clients and subcontractors as necessary
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
