• Experience in a Quantity Surveying or commercial role within construction.
• Knowledge of basic measurement and cost control processes.
• Good IT skills including Excel and commercial systems.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with measurement and preparation of valuations.
• Supporting cost control and reporting processes.
• Assisting with subcontractor procurement and enquiries.
• Maintaining accurate records and commercial documentation.
