The role of an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Casey
  • Support Quantity Surveyors in managing project costs, budgets, and financial reporting.
  • Assist with sub-contract procurement, tender analysis, valuations, and account management.
  • Carry out site re-measures, cost value reconciliations, and value engineering to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Provide commercial and contractual support to project teams, including managing claims and disputes.
  • Contribute to monthly reporting, forecasting, and project review meetings.
  • Maintain effective communication with site teams and the supply chain to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Support administrative and compliance requirements in line with company policies.
  • Proactively develop technical, financial, and professional skills.
