About the Role

The company is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will assist the commercial team working on the project from pre-construction to handover. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing procurement and sub-contractors.
• Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor in addressing key commercial, progress, or contractual issues with clients or suppliers.
• Contribute to reconciling cost/value reports and profit forecasts.
• Work as part of the Commercial Team to secure maximum sustainable value from contracts and settle subcontracts fairly, reflecting the subcontractor's price and performance.
