Due to a period of growth and an increasing workload, they are now looking to expand their commercial team with this exciting opportunity.

In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, with your time split between the office and occasional site visits. You will assist in producing cost plans and cash flows, as well as preparing tenders and pricing documents. You will support the Senior Quantity Surveyor throughout the tender process, evaluations, and contract negotiations. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will attend site and client meetings to help ensure projects run smoothly and maintain strong relationships with clients.
