Key aspects of the role:
  • Working with the senior teams to deliver Social Housing frameworks and understand the industry.
  • Regularly visit sites to track progress, record variations, and support cost reconciliation to keep void refurbishments and regeneration projects within budget.
  • Assist in budgeting and tracking costs for phased regeneration works, ensuring value for money while meeting community and housing standards.
  • Assess and estimate costs for bringing empty (void) properties back to a habitable standard, including repairs, compliance upgrades, and redecoration.
What you'll need:
  • Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent
  • 2-4 years' experience Quantity Surveying
  • UK Driving Licence
  • Experience in refurbishment, ideally Social Housing.
  • Right to work in the UK
