Are you a graduate Quantity Surveyor with a couple of years' experience and ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a well‑established construction company renowned for delivering high‑quality residential and commercial projects, is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.

The Role

You’ll work closely with the Senior QS and Project Manager to support the commercial management of projects from tender through to final account. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, develop your technical knowledge, and grow within a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the preparation of bills of quantities, estimates, and tender submissions
  • Supporting the procurement of subcontractors and materials
  • Managing and valuing variations
  • Assisting with cost reporting and project forecasting
  • Liaising with clients, site teams, and suppliers to ensure accurate financial control
  • Supporting monthly valuations and payment applications
About You
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
