Fawkes & Reece South are working with a main contractor that works in collaboration with a private client on various infrastructure projects as part of a large framework in the South. They are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on a project worth £20m, with a scope of works includes earthworks, drainage, otter rehabilitation, culverts and rivers etc.

Responsibilities
  • Accurate monthly forecasting and agreeing on variations
  • Producing and sending subcontractors enquiries
  • Producing monthly reports and cost value reconciliations
  • Managing change and producing compensation events
  • Preparing and submitting final accounts
Qualifications
  • Degree-qualified in a Quantity Surveying subject or equivalent
  • Experience working on any civil engineering or infrastructure related projects
  • Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK
