We are currently working with a well-established and forward-thinking residential developer who is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is a site-based role located in Fareham, where you will play a key part in a large-scale housing development.

About you

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the residential sector
• Ideally degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or working towards it
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with site teams
• Eager to develop commercially and take on greater responsibilities over time
