Having a number of live sites across Devon, the company are actively looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team to support Senior Surveyors whilst developing your own experience and career on an exciting new residential development in the area.

Responsibilities

• Undertake or support on commercial duties for the scheme including procurement, measurements, agreeing payments, assisting with final accounts and reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Trainee QS OR Assistant Quantity Surveying role
• Construction related experience - ideally housebuilding but not essential
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills
• A good understanding and general interest in construction
• A min HNC level qualification in Construction or related subject
• A desire to build on your experience and progress
• Fully IT literate
• All sites are within a commutable distance of Exeter.
