Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Permanent

Location: M4 Corridor (Swindon, Bristol, Reading and the surrounds)

Department: Commercial

Reporting to: Senior Quantity Surveyor / Managing Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum + Benefits

About the Role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team across all phases of construction projects. You will assist in cost control, subcontractor management, procurement, and reporting ensuring all commercial aspects of the project are managed efficiently and accurately.

Our client is a construction delivery partner that works directly with major developers, occupiers, retailers, and logistics businesses. They specialise in managing and building projects from concept through to completion, including new-builds, fit-outs, expansions, renovations, and reconfigurations. They mainly serve industrial and logistics, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, data centres and ports, with projects also in commercial spaces, retail, hotels and schools.
