Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

I’m recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a brand new traditional build residential development in Ramsgate, Kent. You’ll be joining from the PCSA stage of this multi-phase scheme, which includes circa 400 units across, with the first phase consisting of 236 units.

You’ll report directly to the on-site Commercial Manager and take ownership of your own work packages — giving you genuine responsibility and a platform for fast-track career growth. Progression to Quantity Surveyor level is expected within 12–18 months for the right candidate.
