• Qualifications: Relevant academic qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
• Experience: Previous experience working within the high-end residential sector is strongly preferred.
• Commercial Acumen: A strong foundational understanding of Cost Control and Cost Management processes.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial tracking, cost reporting, and industry-standard quantity surveying software/tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities, sharp attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor with day-to-day cost control, cost management, and financial tracking processes.
• Support the preparation of accurate and timely Cost Reports and valuation updates.

• Maintain meticulous attention to detail while conducting commercial analyses and reconciling discrepancies.
• Collaborate closely with site teams, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
