• 2 years minimum experience as a Trainee/Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience working on rail projects for a contractor preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects is beneficial.

Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with experience working on rail projects? Are you looking for an opportunity to progress within your career and have more autonomy over your projects?

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE

Location: London

This is an amazing opportunity to work for an industry leading tier 1 contractor as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, where you will be managing 2 station upgrade projects, and assisting the Senior QS and Commercial Manager, with a progression route available to you.

You will be joining a dynamic, like minded team of professionals earlier in their career, who regularly socialise outside of work together. This is a great opportunity to gain experience of working independently on projects, and to progress to a Project Quantity Surveyor and beyond.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

• Relevant degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management preferred
• 2 years minimum experience as a Trainee/Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Experience using cloud-based systems, Asite and CEMAR, beneficial
• Experience working on rail projects for a contractor, ideally station projects, however if you have experience in a different industry, they would still invite you to apply!
