Our client is one of the most exciting and emerging SME building consultancies in London & Southeast. They continue to build on their project/client successes year on year and have rightly earned an outstanding reputation within the consultancy arena.

They’re seeking to recruit to support even more independently won projects and support the wider building consultancy team. As well as a leafy West London office, they also have a C.London office, which is the focus for this appointment, but they can be flexible.

Now employing circa 30 staff, having experienced a consistent level of growth over the past 6 years, they specialise in the prime & high end residential & commercial sectors with luxury projects in Chelsea, Hampstead, Mayfair and private estates in the Home Counties & Cotswolds for high net worth individuals and investors. A significant amount are listed buildings too. Projects are typically between £1-25m, either heavy refurbishments or bespoke new build schemes working alongside top ranked architects.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Candidates must have immediate eligibility to work in the UK and a UK awarded Quantity Surveying degree (RICS accredited & UK awarded) with a minimum of 2 years UK cost consultancy experience. Dependent on experience, you’ll principally be supporting others (Senior QS / Associates) on a number of exciting commercial projects across the business, but you’ll be managing schemes if your talent/proven track record allows.

If capable, you will be given immediate opportunities regarding client management, so you should demonstrate confidence and resilience in your ability to handle this level of responsibility from an early stage. Candidates should also have good, competent IT software skills. Candidates wishing to apply must have a full UK driver's license too.
