Project Overview

The successful candidate will assist the commercial team across a varied portfolio of projects within the commercial, education, healthcare, and leisure sectors. This role will provide valuable exposure to different construction methods and contract types, supporting your professional development.

About You
  • Educated to HND or Degree level (or studying) in Quantity Surveying or a construction‑related discipline
  • Some experience within a quantity surveying or commercial role in a construction environment would be ideal but not essential
  • Numerate, organised, and commercially aware
  • Proactive, self‑motivated team player with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors
  • Awareness of Health and Safety regulations within construction
