Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of cost plans, budgets, and tender documents
• Support in the procurement and management of subcontractor packages
• Attend site meetings and liaise with project teams to monitor progress
• Carry out valuations, variations, and assist in cost reporting
• Prepare and process interim valuations and final accounts
• Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial obligations

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• 1‑3 years' experience in a QS role (ideally residential or housing)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Eager to develop and progress within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
• Full UK driving licence
