With an exceptional reputation for craftsmanship, detail and client service, they work alongside leading architects, interior designers and private clients to deliver luxury projects across London.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with cost planning, measurement and valuations
  • Supporting the preparation of bills of quantities and tender documentation
  • Working closely with Project Managers and Senior QS to monitor project costs and variations
  • Assisting with subcontract procurement and managing subcontract accounts
  • Contributing to monthly commercial reporting and forecasting
  • Ensuring commercial compliance and supporting strong financial control across projects
Qualifications
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying.
  • Two years experience with either a main contractor or sub-contractor.
  • Is commercially astute, proactive and keen to develop their skills
  • Has strong communication and organisational abilities
  • Enjoys working in a detail-driven, design-led environment
