Overview

Are you looking to start your career in Quantity Surveying with one of the world's leading design, engineering and project and cost management consultancies? AtkinsRéalis is seeking a motivated and ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Belfast Quantity Surveying team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience.

Your role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support the delivery of projects in our complex projects team:

• Cost compliance/ governance in a PMO role.
• NEC4 Contract learning.
• Supporting client project management team for agreeing project budgets.
• Cost intelligence data gathering.
• Cost profile monitoring across multiple sub programmes for public client.
• Auditing.

About you

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, develop and build a long‑term career within Building Surveying. You will ideally demonstrate:
