This well-established company specialises in commercial landscaping, delivering a diverse range of projects from rooftop terraces to bespoke gardens. They are renowned for their work on iconic schemes such as The Shard, alongside high-profile developments for Barratt and Berkeley Homes. With over 30 years of experience, the business enjoys a strong industry reputation, a progressive culture, and clear plans for continued growth. They are now seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join the team and play a key role in their ongoing success.

In this role, you'll be based at the Egham office, working alongside a team of Quantity Surveyors. You'll manage payment applications, cost variations, purchase orders, and assist with cost reporting. This is a fully office-based position with no hybrid working.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably within construction sectors such as residential, landscaping, or new‑build projects. You will possess strong commercial awareness, excellent Excel skills, effective communication, and be ready to take the next step in your career while continuing to receive support and training.

The Role

• Working on Commercial Landscaping projects for tier one contractors.
• Overseeing commercial aspects of projects such as preparing CVRs, profitability reports, and applications for payments.
• Office based near Ashford.

The Person

• At least 2 years of Quantity Surveying experience.
• Previous experience in the construction industry.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Motivated individual looking for a progressive position.
• Commutable to Ashford, Surrey.
