A prominent healthcare provider in Greater London seeks an Assistant Psychologist to contribute to psychological assessments and care plans. This 6-month fixed-term role requires a degree (2:1 or above) in Psychology and BPS accreditation. Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in Psychology with a minimum of 2:1 or equivalent.
  • BPS accreditation is a must.
  • Prior experience in health care or as an Assistant Psychologist is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a team.

We are looking for an Assistant Psychologist to join our team at Cygnet Blackheath. This role will be working Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00. Please note, this is a 6 month fixed term contract.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Contributing to assessments, scoring and reporting (verbal / written)
  • Clinical formulation and implementing care plans for psychological treatment
  • Planning, delivering and evaluating individual / group programmes
  • Administration, audit, research and service development
Qualifications
  • Degree qualified in Psychology (2:1 or above) or equivalent
  • BPS (British Psychological Society) Accredited
  • Preferably experienced in health care and/or in an Assistant Psychologist role
  • Passionate about learning and working as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Qualified to Master's degree level or higher in Psychology (preferable)
