A leading mental health trust in the UK is seeking a professional to assist in care planning and the delivery of psychological interventions for children and young people. The role involves collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and engaging in evidence-based practices to support mental health recovery. The ideal candidate will possess skills in assessment and working closely with educational settings as well as community agencies.
To assist care planning and delivery for those children & young people who are referred to Mental Health Schools Teams, a new service being set up within CAMHS, following a successful bid by HPFT to be part of the Green Paper Trailblazer. The post holder will be directly involved in the setup, data collection and analysis of all outcome measures in particular, ensuring CYP-IAPT principles and practice are implemented (80% of job plan) and the delivery of psychological interventions under the clinical supervision of a qualified psychological practitioner (20% of job plan).
