Job summary

UK MANAGEMENT COLLEGE is seeking an Assistant Provost (Learning, Teaching and Standards) to provide institution-wide strategic leadership for the quality, standards and enhancement of learning and teaching across all campuses.

The role leads teaching enhancement, quality assurance and academic standards, ensuring regulatory readiness with the Office for Students and partner universities, while supporting the Dean and reporting to the Provost.

Responsibilities

• Provide institution-wide strategic leadership for the quality, standards and enhancement of learning and teaching across UK Management College and every campus.
• Lead and align teaching quality, academic standards and regulatory readiness with the Office for Students, partner universities and sector frameworks.
• Design and oversee the institution-wide teaching observation process and conduct observations as part of quality assurance and standard-setting.
• Prepare and submit performance planning and reporting documentation to the Provost, with regular assurance on learning, teaching and standards.
• Coordinate collaboration with Deans, Heads of Learning and Teaching, Course Directors and partner offices to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality education.
