Henry Wiltshire are looking to recruit an Assistant Property Manager to work alongside our Senior Property Manager dealing with their portfolio of residential properties.

We are looking for a motivated person who will learn and thrive in this role.

Overall Purpose

Assisting with the management and administration of the residential property portfolio

Working Relationships

You will report to the Senior Property Manager

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Dealing with clients, landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Assisting with maintenance queries
  • Arranging and carrying out property inspections and preparing reports for landlords
  • Processing contractor invoices
  • Processing utility changeovers
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants on general queries
  • Arranging check in/outs and end of tenancy procedures
  • General property administration
  • Updating property platforms
Person Specification
  • Candidates do not need to have previous experience in the industry but should have some office administration experience
