Assistant / Intermediate Property Manager – Eastbourne Portfolio

We are working with a well-established, highly regarded, independent managing agent looking to hire an Assistant Property Manager / Junior Property Manager.

Initially working out of a Littlehampton office, moving to a mostly home‑based model once settled.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a long‑held, well‑run portfolio of RMC blocks situated within Eastbourne & Lewes.
• Focus on major works, contractor management, and site visitation.
• Handle resident queries through a separate team, ensuring a decent work/life balance.
• Work autonomously on portfolio oversight.
• Participate in a friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive team with frequent socials.
• Receive excellent training and progression opportunities, including provision for TPI qualification if desired.

Qualifications

• 1 year previous block management experience or exposure preferred.
• South Coast based, living along the South Coast.

Salary for the successful Assistant Property Manager / Junior Property Manager will start at £35k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and responsibility.
