Job summary

Pulse Consult in London is seeking an assistant project manager to support delivery of construction projects from briefing to completion. You will work within a team to ensure high quality outputs and timely reporting, liaising with clients, contractors and designers.

The role offers clear progression paths toward chartered status, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive environment that values accuracy and professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar Project Management or administrative role.
• Understanding of the professional service and/or building/property industry (Desirable).
• Demonstrate ability to create bespoke documentation to a high level.

Responsibilities

• Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking
• Support in delivery of services to agreed processes and systems utilised throughout the project
• Support in producing project reports and documentation
• Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators
• Tracking and documenting changes

We’re looking for a skilled construction project manager to take on a key role at our London office. You will support all of Pulse’s cost and project management functions – from the first briefing through to the post-construction stage – contributing to the continued growth of our empowering company.

Working as part of an expert team with guidance from senior leadership, you'll have important input into ensuring that every commission is delivered professionally, in line with both our internal quality assurance standards and the terms of engagement.

Our assistant project manager will manage their time effectively and take shared ownership of project deliverables, ensuring that each commission is delivered to the high standards our clients expect. You’ll also play a role in Pulse’s development by helping to identify new clients and expanding our offering for existing and prospective customers.

About you

Experience
