Job summary

Bovis Group is seeking a project professional in the United Kingdom to assist the Project Manager in developing and implementing project execution plans. You will be responsible for monitoring progress, managing RFIs, and coordinating site logistics.

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in developing and implementing the project execution plan.
  • Monitor and report on weekly progress against the short-term programme.
  • Manage the project's Request for Information (RFI) and Technical Submission process.
  • Coordinate site logistics and delivery schedules with subcontractors. Support the commercial team with tracking cost variations and reporting.

  • Professional Construction Qualifications relevant to the role.

  • Ability to prepare reports.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to ensure successful project.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills for resolving planning, estimating, contract administration, and procurement issues.
Knowledge
  • Working knowledge of site health and safety regulations and procedures.
Experience
  • Demonstrable intermediate level of role knowledge gained through relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of the Construction and Property industries.
  • Understanding of estimating, scheduling, field supervision, contracts administration, procurement, financial controls, and reporting.
Behaviours

  • Proactive in maintaining the conversion program and implementing acceleration measures if the program slips.
