The Role

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll support the delivery of a range of construction and property projects across the public and private sectors. You'll work closely with experienced Project Managers, gaining hands‑on exposure to all stages of project delivery — from feasibility through to completion. This role offers excellent progression opportunities, with structured career development and support towards professional accreditation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of multiple construction and property projects from inception to completion
  • Support client engagement, ensuring effective communication and project updates
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain programme and quality standards
  • Monitor budgets, timescales, and deliverables in line with project objectives
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external audiences
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
About You
  • Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • Ideally working towards (or interested in) professional accreditation such as APM, RICS, or CIOB
  • Experience in the built environment sector (public or private) is desirable
