Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline, ideally RICS accredited.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a construction consultancy is preferable.
  • Interest in pursuing APM or RICS accreditation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering a variety of projects countrywide.
  • Support senior managers in all project phases.
  • Attend client meetings and provide updates.
  • Conduct contract administration and tendering.
  • Collaborate with teams for successful project delivery.
  • Maintain client relationships and service standards.
  • Travel to project sites across the UK.

Are you a recent graduate or early-career Project Manager ready to accelerate your career in construction consultancy? This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected, high-performing project management team working on hotel, leisure, and commercial refurbishment schemes across the UK. Responsibilities:
  • Assist in delivering a variety of commercial, leisure, and logistics projects nationwide
  • Support senior Project Managers in managing projects from conception through to completion
  • Attend client and site meetings, providing updates and progress reports
  • Undertake contract administration and tendering duties
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Maintain strong client relationships and uphold excellent service standards
  • Be willing to travel regularly across the UK to visit project sites
About You:
  • Degree qualified in a Construction or Project Management-related discipline (RICS accredited preferred)
  • Ideally 1–2 years’ experience in a construction consultancy or similar environment
  • Working towards or interested in pursuing professional accreditation (APM, RICS, CIOB)
  • Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Must have a full driving licence and own transport
